How to Connect Benji Pays to Quoter

Get API Access Credentials from Benji Pays

Log in to your Benji Pays account.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Find the Quoter (ScalePad) integration.
Click Configure

Add Benji Pays as a Payment Gateway in Quoter

Go to Settings > Payment Gateways in Quoter.
Click Add a New Payment Gateway.

Select Benji Pays from the list under TYPE.
Name the gateway (e.g., "Benji Pays") — this is customer-facing, so choose something recognizable.
From Benji Pays copy over API Access ID and API Access Key and paste back in Quoter
Select the currency you want to use (e.g., USD or CAD).

⚠️ Ensure that the currency you choose matches what's configured in your Benji Pays account.

Save payment gateway

How to Add Additional Currencies in Quoter

Navigate to Currencies >> New Currency
Choose the desired currency from the list (e.g., CAD, USD, EUR).
Enter the applicable exchange rate relative to your primary currency.

In the "Countries" field, select the country or address region(s) where this currency should apply.
Save

Quoter Invoice Template – Recommended Settings

When setting up your invoice templates in Quoter, ensure the following options are properly configured:

Acceptance & Payments section:
- Electronic Acceptance: ✅ Enabled
- Payments: Set to “Full Payment”

These settings ensure that your customers can accept the quote electronically and complete the full payment during the acceptance process.
