Invoice Payment buttons in HaloPSA

You can add a "pay" button to invoices in HaloPSA automatically so that your customers can pay their invoices from the HaloPSA end user portal without logging in to the Benji Pays system.

They will see the buttons your HaloPSA portal as shown here:

Your customers can click to pay for their invoice in one easy step with no additional login.

To enable this feature in Benji Pays, first ensure you've setup your HaloPSA integration.  

Once completed or if already setup:

1. Go to Settings >> Integrations

2. Click "Configure" on the HaloPSA Configuration

3. Ensure the Add Payment Button option is enabled and then click save.

This will ensure any new invoices from this point forward will get updated with their payment link.

4. Click the "Add Payment Links to Open Invoices" button.  This will update any existing unpaid invoices with a payment link.  This is an optional step.

Disabling this option

1. Click the "Configure" button in the above section

2. Disable the "Add payment button..." option and click save

3. Click the "Remove payment links from open invoices" to remove all links.  

IMPORTANT: This will remove ALL payment links from all open invoices in Benji Pays, not just Benji Pays links.  If you have links created by other systems you may not want to use this option.
