Token Migration from Stripe

Migrating Credit Card Payment Profiles from Stripe

If you currently use Stripe to store your customers' credit card payment details, these payment profiles can be migrated to Benji Payments. Benji Payments uses Adyen as its payment processing provider.

To begin the migration, you will need to submit a request directly through your Stripe account. Our team will be happy to help with any questions or issues that come up during the process.

IMPORTANT: You must be logged into the correct Stripe account to initiate the migration. Once Stripe has securely transferred the payment details to Adyen, our team will handle the remaining steps to bring your customers' payment profiles into Benji Pays.

Request a Data Export from Stripe

Follow the steps below to submit your migration request:

1. Log into your Stripe account and open the Stripe Data Migrations contact form.
2. For What do you need help with?, select Data Migrations.
3. For What type of data migration can we assist you with?, select Export data out of Stripe to a third party.
4. Confirm that you are logged into the correct Stripe account.
5. For Which processor would you like to export data to?, select Adyen (Benji Payments uses Adyen).
6. For What payment types would you like to export?, select Cards.
7. For Would you like to export the full set of customers from your account, or only a partial subset?, select Full.
8. For Why do you need an export of your data from Stripe?, select Switching from Stripe to a different payment processor.
9. In the Other information field, copy and paste the following message:

   This is a request to have all of our customers' stored credit card details exported from our Stripe account to Benji Payments. Adyen is the PSP behind Benji Payments.

10. Review and agree to Stripe's conditions.
11. Click Send email to submit your request.

What Happens Next?

Once you have submitted your request, Stripe will communicate with you about the export of your stored credit card details.

Please make sure to CC support@benjipays.com on any communication between you and Stripe so our team can follow the progress and assist as needed.

Once the payment profiles have been securely transferred to Adyen, our team will take over the remaining steps until your customers' payment profiles are available in Benji Pays.
