The form provided by Stripe, shows a Zip or Postal Code field automatically based on a number of factors including the card number and current physical location of the customer.
It is possible the customer has a US based card with a Canadian mailing address. In that case you can try entering the first three digits from the postal code, followed by two zeros. See if that works.
Another option is to call Stripe and give them the card information to add into your vault. Once that has been completed, you can create a payment profile in Benji Pays but select the "existing stripe customer" option in the profile popup, choose the customer that was created in Stripe, choose the card, and click "Save". Then go ahead and process the payment.
