If credit card information is not showing up in Benji Pays and the customer has an ampersand(&) in their customer name or business/shipping address, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to Helcim
Step 2: Edit the customer name to remove the ampersand(&) and then check to see if it is showing up in Benji Pays. Also check for the ampersand in the business and shipping addresses set for the customer.
Helcim has made a change on their end that should fix the issue for customers with an "&" in their names. If you still need assistance, reach out to Helcim at 1 (877) 643-5246.
