You can cancel or void an EFT/ACH transaction only when it is in the Queued state. Once the transaction moves out of the Queued state, it has been submitted to the bank networks and is in progress. After the transaction is marked as completed, indicated by the green completed result pill, you will have the option to issue a refund.
