If you receive this message when trying to refund a payment then it is likely a permission issue with your API settings in your Helcim Payment Gateway
If you click on the red "DECLINED" pill for that transaction in Benji Pays you will see all the details.
- Restricted User Access
Step 1: Log into Helcim and go to "All Tools" and then "Integrations".
Step 2: In the top right corner of the screen, click the white "Legacy API Access".
Step 3: Click the row for the token you are using for Benji Pays.
In these settings that come up, look for Refund and Void and ensure both are enabled, save your settings and try your refund again.
If that doesn't work you will need to contact Helcim to determine why the refund is being blocked.
