Profile Skipped- Declined Card Payments

This article will explain why you see a "Profile Skipped" message in your latest transactions. The reason you are seeing this is that the current payment method was declined and there was no alternative payment method in the payment profile for this customer. If there had been another payment method in the payment profile for the customer then that card would have been charged.


Moneris requires that one attempt for payment per day is made as subsequent tries at reprocessing the transaction will incur charges from Moneris, Visa and Mastercard.


Benji Pays will try and process the card the following day.






Step 1: Log into Benji Pays.






Step 2: On you Dashboard you will see the "Profile Skipped" notification indicating that this payment has been attempted however the payment was declined.

When you click on the "Profile Skipped" notification you can see all details pertaining to this notification.
