How to disable customer email addresses from receiving invoice receipt emails

Follow the steps below to disable a customer's email address from receiving invoice receipt emails.



Step 1: Log into Benji Pays.



Step 2: Click "Settings" and click "Company Settings".






 

Step 3: Scroll down to the section titled "Auto Processing". Disable the feature "Enable sending receipt emails to your customers. Turning this off will override each individual customer's settings".






Step 4: Click "Save Auto Processing Settings".
