Question:
If we deactivate a client in QBO it's deleting all their history. The issue is if the student comes back, they don't see their old account history in their portal. Is there a workaround for this?
Response:
If you deactivate a customer in QBO, we don't delete the history, it just gets hidden, if you reactivate a customer in QBO they will once again be visible in Benji Pays with all their history.
