How do I create invoices in Benji Pays?

In Benji Pays, invoices are not created directly within the Benji Pays platform. Instead, Benji Pays integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Xero to manage your invoices. This integration allows you to leverage the advanced invoicing capabilities of these accounting systems while utilizing Benji Pays for efficient payment processing and management.

Managing Invoices in Benji Pays



1. Integration with Accounting Software


QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Xero:


- Integration Setup: Ensure that your Benji Pays account is properly integrated with your accounting software. This is a crucial step as it enables the seamless flow of invoice data from your accounting system to Benji Pays.  2. Creating Invoices in Your Accounting Software



QuickBooks Online:


- Creating an Invoice: 


  - Navigate to the Sales menu and select "Invoices".


  - Click "New Invoice" and enter the necessary details, such as the customer’s name, invoice date, due date, and item descriptions.


  - Save and send the invoice to your customer from QuickBooks online or send your invoices from Benji Pays.
