To effectively manage and troubleshoot accounting Sync Logs reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Note: This feature is available to any user with Reporting level permissions in their user settings.
For example if you are wondering:
1. Why did this invoice process when it was already paid?
2. You don't see an invoice in Benji Pays.
3. Your invoices are showing as open in Benji Pays when they should be showing as paid.
Step 1: Log into Benji Pays.
Step 2: Click "Reports>Accounting Sync Logs".
- Review your Sync Logs to track invoice dates, modifications, values and Sync Log Errors.
- Enter the invoice number to locate specific invoices and view detailed transaction history for the invoice.
- Reset the date as needed by selecting a date. It will reset the date to the beginning of the day in your local time zone. Note: Select a date no more than 6 months back. Click "Save new date".
- Trigger a sync by visiting the home page of QuickBooks Online, Xero, or running the web connector for QuickBooks Desktop.
- Monitor the update process and refresh the page if necessary to view the updated data.

Be patient with the update process, especially if dealing with a large amount of data.
