Why are my HaloPSA and QuickBooks Online invoice amounts not matching?

The reason your HaloPSA and QuickBooks Online invoice amounts are not matching is because there is a discrepancy between Halo and QuickBooks Online.

Benji Pays will always use QuickBooks Online invoice amount for the amount to process to the customer's payment method.


To ensure this doesn't happen again, you will need to reach out to HaloPSA to see why the invoice total in QuickBooks Online doesn't match the total in HaloPSA.
