Could you also confirm your application you setup for the integration between Benji Pays and Halo has both the permissions listed below? Specifically the"edit:invoices" permission?
Find both the "read:invoices" and "edit:invoices" permissions and check the box next to it.
Save the application.
Note: Benji Pays does not edit the invoices, but this permission is required to generate a PDF via the APIs.
