HaloPSA Integration - Xero

If you send invoices to your customers directly from HaloPSA, you can easily add an integrated Benji Pays Pay Now link to your invoice email template.

Important- ensure your Halo invoices always have invoice numbers. This is how the integration works with Benji Pays. Benji Pays looks up the invoice in Halo PSA using the invoice number.

Prerequisites:

1. HaloPSA is configured with Xero integration: https://halopsa.com/guides/article/?kbid=1235

2. In HaloPSA, your Xero tenant is set to sync HaloPSA to Xero.

   1. Navigate to the following location in HaloPSA:

   2. Click on "Syncing to Xero":

   3. Click Edit and ensure you are syncing at least your Clients and Invoices:
      

Steps:

1. Open HaloPSA and navigate to:
   

2. Find and edit the email template with the description: "Invoice Email Subject"

3. In another browser tab, log in to your Benji Pays account

4. In Benji Pays, navigate to Settings > Xero Custom Payment Links

5. Find the "Custom Payment Links" section and copy the link to your clipboard:
   

6. Navigate back to the HaloPSA tab and find a good spot to paste the link into the body of your invoice email template

7. In the link, replace [InvoiceNumber] with $INVOICEID and [InvoiceTotal] with $INVOICETOTAL:
