Customizing Pre-Authorization Agreements

This article will show you where to go to customize your Pre-Authorization Agreement.

Step 1: Log into Benji Pays.

Step 2: Within the blue menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select "Settings". From there, navigate to "Customer Portal Settings."

Step 3: At the top of the page you will find the section labeled "Portal and Pay Now link settings." Directly below, you'll see your "Pre Authorization Agreements". If desired, you have the option to customize this message for your customers.

You can choose to set your Authorization agreements to English or French by clicking on the English or French button located in the blue banner. Click "Save English/French pre authorization agreement" to save your language selection.
