Transaction Reporting

Easily see transaction details like invoice numbers, dates, customer info, and payment types.

Follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to Benji Pays.

Step 2: Navigate to the left-hand blue menu and select "Reports", then proceed to "Transaction Reporting."

Step 3: Utilize various search categories, such as date, customers, payment, and status type. After choosing the category and setting parameters, click "Search". You will see your results and you can download the information by clicking the "Download CSV" button.

Step 4: Click on the invoice number or customer name to delve deeper into specific invoice or customer details.

Step 5: Under the "Actions" column, clicking the eye icon lets you view transaction details. From this page, you can opt to email the receipt by clicking the "Email Receipt" button.

Step 6: When emailing receipts, you can specify recipients, as well as cc and bcc addresses by hitting "Enter" after each addition. Should you wish to attach a PDF of the invoice, check the "Attach PDF Invoice" box. Upon completion, click "Send Receipt". A confirmation notification reading "Receipt Sent" will indicate the successful email transmission.
