Activity Logs- Tracking user activity

Activity logs play a crucial role in maintaining transparency and accountability within our Benji Pays platform. They serve as a chronological record, documenting every action, modification, or event that occurs. Activity logs provide merchants with a detailed overview of system interactions, helping to track changes made, user activities, and critical events. By reviewing activity logs, merchants can identify potential issues and monitor user behavior  Additionally, these logs are valuable for facilitating troubleshooting by offering insights into the sequence of actions leading up to specific outcomes.

Step 1: Log in to Benji Pays.

Step 2: Click on "Customers".

Step 3: Choose the customer for whom you want to access activity logs and click on the activity logs button. Here you will see all details of activity performed for this customer.
