What Is an ACH Debit Block?

An ACH debit block is a security feature offered by banks to prevent unauthorized electronic withdrawals from your business bank account. It stops all ACH debit transactions unless they come from approved sources.

Many businesses use debit blocks as part of their fraud prevention strategy. While this is a valuable security measure, it can also unintentionally block legitimate payments — including those initiated by trusted vendors or systems like Benji Pays.


Why You Need to Add Benji Pays’ ACH Company ID

When Benji Pays processes payments via ACH (bank-to-bank transfers), your bank verifies whether the transaction is allowed. If your account has an ACH debit block, any transaction from an unapproved ACH Company ID will be automatically rejected.


To ensure smooth payment processing, please whitelist Benji Pays’ ACH Company ID:

ACH Company ID: WH92126793


Adding this ID tells your bank that payments from Benji Pays are authorized and should not be blocked.


What Happens If You Don’t Add the Company ID?

If our ACH Company ID is not added to your bank’s approved list:

  • Payments initiated through Benji Pays may fail or be returned.

  • You could experience delays in payment collection or reconciliation.

  • Your customers’ payments may appear as rejected or pending in your accounting system.

  • In some cases, repeated rejections may trigger processing holds or additional bank verification steps.


How to Whitelist Benji Pays’ ACH Company ID

Each bank’s process is slightly different, but typically you can:

  1. Log in to your online banking portal.

  2. Navigate to your ACH Filter or ACH Debit Block settings.

  3. Locate the option to add an authorized company ID or ACH Originator.

  4. Enter the approprate ID from above and save your changes.

  5. If you’re unsure how to do this, contact your bank’s treasury or cash management department for assistance.
