Integrate Moneris P400

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for integrating and using the Moneris P400 terminal with Benji Pays. Follow these steps to ensure smooth setup and operation.

1. Terminal Setup 

1. Power the Terminal:

   • Plug the terminal into a power source.

   • Ensure it lights up to confirm it’s powered on.

2. Connect to the Internet:

   • The terminal should indicate connectivity once successfully connected.

2. Moneris Gateway Setup

1. Visit www.moneris.com →  Login → select Moneris Gateway

2. Once logged in from the top ribbon select Terminal → Cloud Initialization:

   • If you don’t see this option, contact Moneris Support for assistance.

3. On the Terminal Cloud Initialization page, look for an Initialize button (or a similarly labeled button).

4. Once the terminal is successfully initialized, its terminal display will light up, confirming communication with the Moneris systems.

3. Using the Terminal with Benji Pays

1. Log in to your Benji Pays account.

2. From your home page scroll down to Open Invoices find the invoice you would like to process and select PAY

3. New window will pop up, select Continue 

4. From pay now options select Process on Pinpad

   • Your connected terminal (P400) should appear as preselected.

• Fill out any information needed regarding payment receipt

• Hit Process Payment to begin the transaction. This will activate your pin pad with the invoice total

• Pass the terminal to your customer. They can pay using their card.

• Wait for the payment to complete.
