Upload Moneris Profiles

This article will show you how to upload Moneris Tokens.

If you have existing Moneris card profiles for your customers, you can export them from the vault and import them here as per the instructions below. 

Step 1: Log in to Benji Pays.

Step 2: Click on "Settings" in the blue menu to the left of the screen and then click on "Upload Moneris Profiles".

Step 3: Follow the steps listed to export from your Moneris vault: 

1. Log in to the Moneris gateway.

2. Go go the "Vault" menu, and click "Manage profiles".

3. Make sure the box for "Create date" is not checked.

4. Make sure nothing else on that page is checked off.

5. For Sort Transactions by, choose Create Date.

6. For Rows Per Page, choose 400.

7. For Sort Order, choose Descending.

8. Click "Submit".

9. On the results page, click the "Export transactions to file".

10. This will download a ".txt" file, save this to your computer and rename it to "profiles.csv" to be uploaded later.

11. If you get a message that "Your query returned more than 400 transactions" that is ok, when you click the export button all the transactions returned by the search will be included, not just the 400 you see on the screen.

12. Enter your Moneris Store ID in the box below and and click "Choose File" to select the file you just saved.

13. Click the "Upload" button.
