Emails being rejected or not received even with DKIM setup

In some instances, we have seen that Microsoft's SMTP servers will reject emails that have more than one DKIM signature, unlike other services. 


The email headers in these cases will contain "compauth=fail reason=000" - this is added my Microsoft's SPAM filtering system.


The compauth=fail reason=000 is added by their anti spam features as they use a slightly different method to validate DMARC when your policy is set to reject.

In these cases, Benji Pays can add a domain specific SPF record for you if you'd like, it's quite simple and would require you to add SPF records to a subdomain of your choice.  Your emails would not change and your from address would not change.  We usually recommend billing.yourdomain.com
