Halo PSA invoice PDFs are not attaching to emails

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:


Step 1: Check to make sure the integration is set up properly and that there are no errors.



Step 2: Check to see if the invoices in Halo PSA have the same invoice number as the invoices in QuickBooks.
