Gateway error- Transaction not allowed

If your customer encounters a "Transaction not allowed" error while paying an invoice and opting to save payment information on payment links in Benji Pays, it might be due to the absence of a vault setup in your payment gateway.


Some payment gateways like Moneris and Elavon may not include a vault by default with their package. To resolve this, you'll need to contact your Payment Gateway provider to set up a vault in your account. Once done, you can enable the feature to save payment information on payment links.


Having a vault not only allows proper functioning of Benji Pays but also offers benefits like enabling auto processing and utilizing card info requests to collect payment details.


Please note that without this update to your account, there might be other errors occurring in Benji Pays that we can't guarantee won't happen.
