            Business Central: after you save a gateway, assign it a Cash Receipt Journal in Settings > Business Central Settings (or in the gateway's "Cash Receipt Journal (Payment Journal)" section) before enabling it. A gateway without a journal cannot be enabled. See Business Central Settings: Cash Receipt Journals and Auto-Posting.
