You may see this error when trying to add a new payment profile or update credit card information for a customer.
Log into your Moneris Gateway, go to Admin and then Hosted Tokenization and see if there is a
URL next to the hosted tokenization token.
There should be no URL.
If there is a URL and you can edit it, please do so. If you can't edit it, generate a new one with no URL and copy the new token to your gateway setting in Benji Pays.
Click on this link to update this information in the Moneris Gateway
This can also occur if the hosted tokenization ID in Benji Pays is not valid or is not for the account being used, log into your Moneris gateway and generate a new token. Next copy and paste it to your gateway settings in Benji Pays and click "Save". Refresh the page where the error is occuring and re-try.
