Customer is having trouble logging into the Customer Portal

If your customer is experiencing difficulties logging into the Customer Portal, please first verify that they are attempting to log in through your specific Customer Portal link and not directly through Benji Pays website.



Additionally, confirm the following:


1. Customer's Email Address: Ensure that the customer's email address is registered in Benji Pays and that it is enabled for Customer Portal access.



Step 1: Log into Benji Pays.








Step 2: Click on "Customers" and search your customer's name in the search box.









Step 3: Click on the gear icon to the right of the customer's name.









Step 4: Toggle on "Portal Access" and click "Save".








2. Authentication Code Validity: The six-digit authentication code sent via email to your customer expires after 15 minutes. Please ensure that the code is being used within this timeframe.




3. Correct Code Entry: When entering the authentication code, make sure that your customer does not inadvertently include any spaces, particularly if they are copying and pasting the code.
