Customer Portal- Transaction Tracking

This article explains how to effectively manage and keep track of all your financial actions in the Customer Portal, including those that are completed, in progress, or scheduled for the future.


All Transactions: When you access the Customer Portal and navigate to the "Transactions" section, selecting "All" displays a comprehensive list of all your transactions. This includes those that are completed, in progress, and scheduled, allowing you to see the full picture of your financial activities.


Completed Transactions: By choosing "Complete," you can quickly review the transactions that have already been successfully finished. 


In-Progress Transactions: Clicking on "In Progress" reveals transactions that are currently in motion but not yet completed. 


Scheduled Transactions: Selecting "Scheduled" lets you view transactions that are planned for the future.

Step 1: Begin by logging into the Customer Portal. Enter your email address and input the verification code sent to your email.








Step 2: In the left-hand menu, find and select "Transactions." Then, click on "All" to view your transactions along with their respective statuses.






Step 3: For a quick overview of your completed transactions, select "Complete."






Step 4: To view transactions currently in progress, click "In Progress."






Step 5: To view your planned transactions, click "Scheduled."




Step 6: For detailed insights into a transaction, click the blue eye icon under the "Actions" column. The transaction details window below will provide a comprehensive breakdown.





Step 7: If you need a downloadable record, simply click the downward arrow to obtain a PDF copy of the transaction details.
