In this support article, we will guide you through the process of finding both your Customer Portal name and the dedicated link that connects your customers to the Self-Serve Customer Portal.
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your Benji Pays account.
Step 2: Navigating to Settings
Within the blue menu on the left-hand side of the screen, identify and click on "Settings". Following this, proceed to "Customer Portal Settings".
Step 3: Identifying Your Portal Name and Access Link
You will find your Portal Name at the top of the page. Just below this, you'll find the custom web address designed for your Self-Serve Customer Portal. This link is the gateway through which your customers can access the portal. Feel free to copy and paste this link as required.
