Viewing/Editing customer details

This article will show you how to view and edit customer details.



Step 1: Log in to Benji Pays.







Step 2: Click on Customers in the blue menu to the left of the screen.











Step 3: Click on the name of the customer you would like to view.










Step 4: Beside the customer name at the top of the page you can toggle on/off auto processing.











Step 5: Beside the customer email you can toggle on/off email receipts.











Step 6: Click on the "Actions" tab and you can Take deposit payment.










Step 7: You are able to view invoices, transactions, payment profiles and installment payments (installments) all from this page.










Step 8: You can view latest transactions as well as re-send receipts, download merchant and customer copies of pdfs all by using the icons under Actions in the middle of the screen to the far right in Latest Transactions section.










Step 9: You can also see Payment Profiles listed at the bottom of the screen in the Payment Profiles section.
