In the customer view the customer does not have a way to see if they have a credit. We created a credit memo for this customer but it still says "No" for credits applied. Why?
It would be great if it showed the amount applied for the credits and if she customer could see what credits they have available on their account.
For now, if you apply that credit memo to the invoice in your accounting system, that will update the invoice outstanding balance and help a bit.
