What can I do to make sure my customer fills out the Payment Info Request?

Modified on Wed, 27 Dec 2023 at 08:45 AM

Providing credit card and banking details over the internet can be scary for people, we suggest letting your customer know they will be receiving an email and that is from you and can be trusted to increase the chance of them using the form.

You can also customize the email templates used for your card info requests to make them more authentic to your brand.
