Providing credit card and banking details over the internet can be scary for people, we suggest letting your customer know they will be receiving an email and that is from you and can be trusted to increase the chance of them using the form.
You can also customize the email templates used for your card info requests to make them more authentic to your brand.
This article will show you how to create an invoice email template to Payment Info Requests
Step 1: Log into Benji Pays.
Step 2: In the blue menu to the left of the screen click on "Settings" and then click on "Email Templates".

Step 5: Rename the template under "Template Name".
Step 6: These Template Tokens are available to use in the subject and body of the template. They will be replaced with the actual data for each email you are sending. This allows you to customize your message to your customer.

Step 8: Click on "Payment Profiles" in the blue menu to the left of the screen. Scroll down to "Payment Info Requests."

You will see a warning message at the top of the Benji Pays screen if your email needs to be verified, along with a link to re-send the verification email.
