QuickBooks Online connection

Connecting and Authorizing Access to QuickBooks

We require that you connect your Benji Pays account to your QuickBooks Online company in order for us to process payments for your QuickBooks invoices.

To connect to QuickBooks Online, follow the steps 1 to 5.

To re-connect to QuickBooks Online, scroll down to see instructions under "Reconnecting to QuickBooks Online"

*Warning, if you connect to a new company, your customer profiles will be deleted and you'll need to remap your QuickBooks customers to their credit cards.*

Step 1:   Login to Benji Pays.

Step 2: Click on the drop down arrow beside your Company name and click on Connect new company.

Step 3: Click on "Connect to QuickBooks".

Step 4: Click the drop down menu and select the company from QuickBooks online that you want to connect to Benji Pays. Then click "Next".

Step 5: Click on the "Connect" button.

Reconnecting to QuickBooks Online

Step 1: Login to Benji Pays.

Step 2: In the blue menu to the left click on "Settings" and then click "Company Settings".

Step 3: Click on the "Setup QuickBooks connection" button.

Step 4: Click on the "Connect to QuickBooks" button.

Step 5: Click the drop down menu and select the company from QuickBooks online that you want to connect to Benji Pays. Then click "Next".

Step 6: Click on the "Connect" button.
