What data in my accounting system will you access and store?

 We access and store the following data from your accounting system:

  1. Customer Details: This enables you to seamlessly link them to stored card information, ensuring a streamlined process.

  2. Chart of Accounts: We retain the names of your accounts. This empowers you to designate the destination for payments when applying them to invoices in your accounting system.

  3. Invoice Details: Storing invoice specifics allows us to provide comprehensive transaction information in our reporting to you.

  4. Sales Tax Rates: We securely store sales tax rates to facilitate accurate calculations and reporting.

  5. Payment Method Types: This information enhances the precision of payment processing.

  6. Credit Memo Data: We ensure credit memo details are securely managed for seamless processing.

  7. Adaptive Data: As we introduce new features to Benji Pays, we may require additional data for a seamless experience.

It's essential to note that you maintain control. Should you wish to disconnect your accounting system, you can easily do so within Settings >> Company Settings. Scroll down until you spot "Quickbooks connection," and with a simple click, you can "Disconnect Quickbooks." Flexibility and control remain central to our approach.
